Our speed for sport sessions allow us to train the athlete for their chosen sport. Whether it is short or longer distances, straight or curved lines we can help with your young athletes development in becoming better in their movement patterns.
What we adapt is;
- Technique, posture and mobility allowing the right movements to keep an athletes body strong and mobile when sprinting,
- Learning acceleration and deceleration to enable the athlete to react, move and slow down with minimal impact using best mechanics,
- Curvilinear specific patterns to mimic sports running lines and movements specific to sport,
- Utilising exercises and equipment as the progression to build more power and strength,
- Agility drills to assist in quick, short movements combined with speed.
